NML has developed a mixed-methods empirical approach for creating Regulatory Systems Maps (RSMs) that map regulatory systems, processes, and procedures and their implementation in a step-by-step manner, emphasizing gaps, bottlenecks, good practices in law and regulation, and stakeholder experience with legal and regulatory systems.
